He is a Strategy and Technology Advisor at Tsogatec, a pioneering Pretoria-based digital and mobile payments company focusing on informal and township populations. Paul is also an angel investor and co-founder of Collabmed Kenya, delivering custom healthcare management systems to lower-end institutions.
Paul serves as co-founder and CEO of Ishirika Inqube Ltd, affiliated to UK based Inqube Innoventures a digital platform facilitating automation, traceability and farm management platforms to of farmer organizations in India, Peru, and Kenya
Previously, as CEO of the East Africa Exchange (EAX), Paul played a vital role in establishing the business from conception to commercial operation. He led the implementation of operational systems, exchange rules, membership criteria, and IT roadmaps.
As the inaugural CEO of the Kenya ICT Board, Paul oversaw the establishment and operation of the organization. Notably, he spearheaded the Kenya Transparency Communication Infrastructure Project, stimulating the ICT sector through bandwidth support, rural access centers, and local entrepreneur development. He was also involved in the establishment of Konza, a technology city in Kenya.
Paul holds an MBA from United States International University Africa, advanced strategic business management training from AF Consult Sweden, and a BA in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi. He has held various board memberships and government assignments, receiving prestigious awards for his contributions.
